Sales Agreement and Health Guarantee

As herein referenced, the parties to this agreement are identified as follows:

This sales agreement is acknowledged and affirmed as being a complete description of the terms and conditions of the sale concerning the following puppy(s) and purchase price.

Seller warrants that at the time of delivery the puppy(s) herein referenced is/are in good health and has/had already been examined by a licensed veterinarian. BUYER is encouraged to have the puppy(s) examined again within 3 business days of delivery by a licensed veterinarian. IF the veterinarian finds the puppy(s) to have a life threatening condition, then upon verification of this condition to the Seller, Seller agrees to replace the puppy(s) of the same breed upon the return of the puppy(s) herein referenced above. In the event that the puppy(s) have been shipped SELLER WILL NOT REFUND SHIPPING FEE.

ALL VETERINARIAN FEES OR ASSOCIATED COST ARE TO BE BORNE BY THE BUYER.

In the event that the BUYER fails to have the puppy(s) herein referenced examined by a licensed veterinarian within the 3 business days after delivery then the BUYER understands and agrees that the puppy(s) are SOLD AS IS!! Condition with NO WARRANTY of health, whether expressed or implied by law and are hereby voluntarily waived by Buyer.

The puppy(s) are Sold As Pet Quality Only.

There is No Guarantee against PARVO. Your puppy(s) has been vaccinated against Parvo @ age 6 weeks and Distemper, Adenovirus, Parainfluenza, and Parvo again @ age 8 weeks the BUYER has been given the health record of vaccinations and deworming and the vet

check. Once puppy(s) leaves the Seller’s care it is out of Seller’s control as to the puppy(s) care.

There is no guarantee against Hypoglycemia, this is not a defect.

There is no guarantee against Fleas, Worms, Ear mites, Coccidia, Giardia, due to the Seller having no control of the puppy(s) new environment.

There is no guarantee offered to adult size, color, hair texture, conformation, dropping of testicles, or suitability to breed.

SELLER will not be responsible for any illness contracted after the puppy(s) leaves her care.

THIS SALE IS FINAL AND DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Regardless of the conditions and the circumstances surrounding the negotiation of this Sales Agreement Buyer and Seller agree that the interpretation and enforcement of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of VIRGINIA, and any legal action instituted by Buyer or Seller to enforce any term, condition, or clause of this agreement shall be filed in the appropriate Court in the County of Russell in the state of VIRGINIA.

This agreement has been read and fully understood by both parties hereto, and by executing the agreement all parties agree that all terms and conditions contained here in are acceptable and binding.
